Led by Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU), this project is a collaboration with five partner universities in Hong Kong:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Education University of Hong Kong (EdUHK)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lingnan University (LU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:14px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Funded by the University Grants Committee (UGC) through the Fund for Innovative Technology-in-Education (FITE), the DEAR Campaign aims to equip students, teachers, and the broader community with the knowledge and skills to navigate the digital world responsibly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In an era where artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and digital learning analytics are transforming education, the ethical implications of these technologies have become a pressing concern. The rise of algorithmic decision-making, data privacy risks, and digital well-being challenges underscores the need for a framework that promotes responsible digital citizenship.
